What's the Use???

If you find yourself wanting to give up because of your medical conditions, please do not despair.  After days, weeks, months and in many cases years of depending on pharmaceuticals just to survive, you may reach a point where you just don't care any more.  I know, because there were times that I just felt like giving up, and then I realized - what's the alternative?  So I continued on my quest to find a way to rid my life of the pharmaceuticals and now live today medicine-free.

Does this mean that what I've done may work for you?  Only you can answer that question.  You know what your motivations are as well as your limitations.  Do what is best for your life at this point in time, and remember that you can always change your mind.  I'd like to give you a gift which may help you immensely.  The gift is a free ebook, over 400 pages written by John Austin, entitled "The Causes of Over 200 Diseases."  Mr. Austin is a Certified Nutritionist, Health Researcher and Author, who is the consultant to the company "Joy to Live".  So first, click on this link for your free gift:

Then, for product information, visit the website

Here's an excerpt from John Austins Book,The Cause of Over 200 Diseases,  page 203:  " The nutrients in Fulvia turn on 52 youth hormones. It helps repair all of the cells in the body including bone, cartilage, muscles, skin, organs, nerves and even DNA. DNA contains the blueprint for the entire organ, which means when DNA is repaired, organs can be replaced as long as there is one living cell.
Experts say it is impossible to get sick when you have a clean, healthy liver. A healthy liver can immediately wipe out any disease organism, but only when it has adequate minerals."

The product does not cure any diseases per se.  Rather, it assists the body in returning to a state of health where the body is able to do what it was originally intended to do --- heal itself!  The more you read about the causes of disease and gain understanding, the easier it is to adapt a lifestyle which enables your body to heal.

Remember, the journey to health is a gradual one.  Since health does not deteriorate overnight, allow your body sufficient time to return to health.  Taking minerals are but one facet - a very powerful facet - of your journey.  More information to follow in subsequent posts.  Feel free to email me with your questions or comments, or just for moral support.  Your comments are appreciated below.

If this information has been of benefit to you, please share it with others!

Heal at your Own Pace

Yesterday I met a woman in her late 30's who shared with me that she was diagnosed with diabetes 5 years ago.  For privacy, I will refer to her as "Jean."

Jean approached me at my display for the Natural Organic Diabetes Solution Supplement.  I immediately noticed that she was drinking a popular soft drink (name withheld) and she also had a pack of cigarettes in her hand.  Jean asked me whether the product worked, and before answering, I asked whether she was currently on prescription medication.  She stated that she currently uses Insulin and Metformin.  I then asked whether her goal was to become healed to the point where she would no longer require the medication, and she stated "yes."

I talked with Jean about the need to increase her intake of water if she chose to continue smoking cigarettes, since cigarettes are known to dehydrate the body.  Those with blood sugar challenges need the body to remain hydrated.  At that point, Jean appeared to become uncomfortable, and I explained to her that healing is an individual journey.  The Natural Organic Diabetes Solution Supplement has been reported by those who have used it (including myself) to lower the blood glucose levels in as little as three days.  Results vary according to your body's own metabolism, along with your eating habits, daily stress levels and various other factors such as your belief and determination.  Note that the products is not FDA evaluated and no claims of healing are being made.

There is another key factor in your journey to health.  Do you have a support system?  Do you have a team of medical professionals?  By a team of medical professionals, I am referring to licensed medical doctors as well as naturopathic doctors.  Your team should be comprised of those who also believe that "so-called" diabetes can be reversed and ultimately cured, and they should be willing to encourage and work with you throughout the process.  Each Saturday, I conduct a free support group in the NYC area for those who have blood sugar challenges (notice I am avoiding labeling you as diabetics).   Add to your healing arsenal prayer, meditation, affirmations and visualization, and you have tools to propel you to success.  I would be remiss if I overlooked other natural healing modalities such as Reiki (Universal Life Force Healing Energy) and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).

Getting back to Jean, I have high hopes for her healing.  She was upfront by stating that she has to improve her eating habits, and she is aware that smoking is a "no-no."  I find that people who are upfront as opposed to being in denial tend to heal at a faster rate.

More to come in future entries.  Until then, believe in your healing.  You CAN reverse and heal diabetes.

Proceed at your Own Pace

The other day I was talking with one of my colleagues about what I occasionally refer to as my "personal miracle" of  reversing and healing diabetes.   Those of you who know me are aware that I am on a mission to assist as many people as possible who desire to rid themselves of diabetes and any other physical malady by using natural remedies.

That day, I mentioned my support group to my colleague who shared with me that her father is a diabetic.  She mentioned that he does not talk about his health, no one knows what his fasting or A1C numbers are, and he insists on adding large amounts of white sugar to his tea.  Her annoyance was obvious.

At that point, I informed her that her father does not sound as though he is ready to change his lifestyle, which is what is required if one desires to reverse and eventually cure the disease.  I also pointed out that health is a matter of choice, and it appears that her father is not choosing health at this time.  As difficult as it may be, we are not in control of anyone's life other than our own.  We do not like to see a loved one acting in ways which are detrimental to their health, but there is nothing we can do for him/her directly other than pray.  Nagging others and judging them does not work, and in addition, can cause the other person undue stress and may even ruin the relationship.

The message here is that everyone progresses at their own pace.  Some take longer than others.  Reward others for even the slightest improvement or change in lifestyle.  Compliments go a long way!!!  If a loved one who is diabetic chooses to use two teaspoons of sugar instead of three in their tea, acknowledge them for it!

I personally believe that my colleague's father will one day choose health.  I can recall more than one time during my journey of reversing diabetes when I just HAD to have something sweet which contained white sugar.  Yes - I fell off the wagon and had a chocolate-chip cookie from McDonald's.  You know the kind - they're large and soft and gooey and loaded with white sugar and God knows what else.  It was WONDERFUL.  It was also a very bad decision on my behalf even though it was a conscious, thought-out decision.

Did I condemn myself for having a chocolate-chip cookie from McDonald's??? Absolutely not.  I acknowledged that I needed to try hard not to do that again and I went on with my life.  I did that about 3 times, and have never done it again.

The point is, none of us are perfect.  Our journeys are personal and are truly are own.  Respect yourself and respect others for their decisions.  We can share information, but we do not have the right to force anyone to change, even if the change is for their own good.  If someone asks for assistance or advice, give it to them wholeheartedly.  If he/she chooses to ignore your advice even though they requested it, that's ok.  It's not your job to force them.  And, one day - they just might follow through with your advice!

With much love and blessings to all,

Pay Attention!!! Your Body is Speaking

After looking back over the past several years, I realized that my body was speaking and giving me warning signals for quite some time.  Why were these signals allowed to remain unheeded?  At least part of the culprit was the fact that I used to put everyone's (and I do mean everyone's) needs above my own.  In the pecking order, I could wait, because everyone else's needs seemed to be more urgent than my own.  I allowed my job, family, friends, workshops, clients, literally everyone to have their needs met, and then would allocate whatever precious moments were left over to my own needs.

This type of behavior is actually typical of those who are regarded as being "capable."  Does this sound like you?  Try to avoid falling into this trap.  Know and remember that you cannot serve others properly unless your own needs are met.  If you allow youself to become burned out, then at the end of the day you are no good to anyone else, especially yourself!

We are unable to singlehandedly "save" everyone, as much as we'd like to think we can.  Others will continuously lay their crises at your feet if you permit it.  Lay aside the guilt, and allow yourself the freedom of saying a simple two-letter word...."No."  Unless it is a life and death situation which you are skilled in handling, other's problems can be put aside for one night.

When your body signals that sleep or rest is in order, succumb to the urges.  Give it what it wants!  I'm not suggesting that you act irresponsibly and drop everything you're doing if you are in the middle of a project at work, and lay down and take a nap!  Of course that would be ridiculous.  I am asserting, however, that you pace yourself, manage your time properly, and include self-care in your daily schedule.  It will make a world of difference.

Take time out of your busy day to meditate, pray, or relax.  As an alternative to watching television, listen to meditative music or soothing classical music.  The choice is yours.  Think of creative ways which you can relieve stress.  Relax in the tub and have scented candles glowing.  When is the last time you pampered yourself?  Think of ways in which you can treat yourself to a soothing experience each day.  Even if you only have 15 minutes to spare, make this a part of your daily routine.  Over time, you will reap the benefits.  Feel free to share with us your personal rituals/routines which you think we may benefit from.

I wish you all love and light.
